Head of back office
“You should never notice our work. If you do, something has gone wrong, and I will already be fixing it.”

About Olha
From a very young age, my parents inspired me to discover the wonders of the world. Together we explored castles, national parks and landscapes that seemed almost magical, and that early love of travel has only grown.
Later, as a tour guide across Europe, I organised and accompanied clients on journeys of their own: the tulip fields of the Netherlands, the ski slopes of Italy and Austria, the wine and romance of Paris. With friends I went further still, to Thailand and Cambodia, Hawaii and Lake Louise in Canada.
Today I lead the back office at WonderWay. Vira, Sabina and I hold the bookings, the paperwork and the suppliers, and check every detail twice before you ever see it.
The greatest joy is when clients come home and say every detail was perfect. Most of those details were arranged here, quietly, weeks before anyone packed a bag.
A day in the back office
My morning starts with the journeys already on the road: who lands today, who drives where, which table is holding and which needs a call.
Then the journeys still being planned. An advisor has found the perfect house; my job is to make sure it is really free, really ready and really as described. Transfers, tickets, insurance and timings, all checked twice and filed where your advisor can find them at midnight.
By evening the inbox is quiet, and somewhere a family is sitting down to a dinner they will never know took three emails to arrange. That is a good day.
