These terms are the rules for using wonderway.uk and the services on it (together, the “Site”). The Site is run by WonderWay L.L.C-FZ (“WonderWay”, “we”, “us”), a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2653132.01). By using the Site you accept these terms, including the limits on our responsibility in section 10 and the rules for disputes in section 14. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. Important information about our website and services
The Site describes the journeys we plan and how we work. It is for general information, and it is not an offer.
- Journeys we book for you. If you book a journey with us, the terms of that booking are agreed with you separately. These terms cover only your use of the Site, and they do not replace what we agree with you.
- Prices. Prices, ranges and examples on the Site are illustrative. A price is binding only when it appears in a written proposal from us that you have accepted.
- Itineraries. Examples show what is possible. Availability, routes and suppliers change.
- Entry and travel requirements. Visa, entry and health rules change, and checking them is your responsibility. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical or immigration advice.
A request you send through the Site is an invitation to talk. It is not a booking and does not create a contract. How we use your details is explained in our privacy policy.
2. Our content and a limited licence
The text, photographs, designs and other material on the Site belong to WonderWay or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, revocable permission to view the Site and to print or share a page for your own personal use, with credit to WonderWay. Any other use needs our written permission. Please do not copy, resell, republish or build anything from the content, whether by hand or with software.
3. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with your name and contact details, a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We will look at it promptly and remove material where it is right to do so.
4. Trade marks
“WonderWay” and our logo are names and marks we use for our business. Nothing on the Site gives you the right to use them, including in page titles, metadata or advertising keywords, without our written permission.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site may link to websites, or show material, from others. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they work. When you leave the Site, these terms no longer apply.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the Site unlawfully, or to harm or deceive anyone;
- pretend to be someone else, or send us details that are false or that belong to another person without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, or reverse engineer them;
- send automated requests, scrape the Site, ignore its robots.txt or interfere with how it works;
- send us spam or unsolicited promotions.
7. Messages and feedback
You are responsible for what you write in our forms. Please do not include anything unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without payment or credit to you, and we have no duty to act on them.
8. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover us for losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from a claim by someone else because you broke these terms, used the Site unlawfully or sent us material that is unlawful. This applies as far as the law allows.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, secure or free of errors, or that it will always be available. Travel involves risks that no website can remove.
10. Limit of our responsibility
We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and our total responsibility for all claims about the Site is limited to US$100. Journeys you book with us are covered by the terms agreed with you for them, not by this section. Some places do not allow limits like these for consumers, so they may not apply to you in full.
11. Changes to the Site
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time, without notice, and we are not responsible for doing so.
12. Ending your access
We may limit or end your access to the Site at any time, for example if you break these terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over them. This does not take away rights you have under laws where you live that cannot be waived.
Before starting any formal process, please write to [email protected] and give us 30 days to try in good faith to resolve it.
14. Notice for California users
Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice. The Site is provided by WonderWay L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. To resolve a complaint, email [email protected]. 15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect when we post them, and if you keep using the Site after a change, you accept it.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. No one other than you and us has rights under these terms.
